Thread is soft; leather is tough. Pocket friction, card expansion, and natural movement slowly shred thread fibers. Within a few years, a wallet begins to peel open. The traditional craftsmanship model had been copy-pasted for centuries without questioning this core vulnerability.
We set out to change that. We asked ourselves: *Could we build a wallet entirely out of a single piece of leather, using folded geometry and mechanical metal anchors?*
It took dozens of prototypes to lock down the exact folding templates. Every millimeter had to be engineered to distribute structural load. The result was our signature button-based construction. By using solid brass posts, we removed thread completely. The wallet became a single structural unit that gets tighter and more secure as it conforms to your pocket.
